Terms of Service

BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION
THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.
I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.
My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFTs or AI (artificial intelligence) learning.
I also retain the right to deny service without explanation. I will not accept commissions with AI generated or assisted character sheets and references, nor will I accept commissions requesting artwork drawn in a style I am unknown to produce creations in.

How + Where to Commission Me

My preferred ways of communication for commissions are my comm email [email protected], and vgen. Please convert your currency to USD when paying! And please pay upfront via Paypal only! Any personal information exchanged during payment between the client and me (ie. email, phone number, etc.) WILL stay confidential.

Payment Information

- I will always do my best to confirm and communicate the pricing, sending, and any delays in commissions.
- The client agrees to pay order amount upfront. Payment must be confirmed by me before the creation process begins. The order will not start until it has been confirmed the transaction was successful.
- Payment should be in USD, please convert before sending!- Refunds given if: I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason, or I have not yet begun your commission and 3 months or more have passed since you have fully paid for your commission, unless we have discussed prior to payment that there would be a wait.
- If a commissioner wishes for a refund, they will receive 100% if no steps have been taken at all, 60% if no inking has begun, and 20% if I have finished lining. Once the artwork is colored no refunds are available.- Tips are appreciated but not necessary!

  • cutesy things

  • content containing blood or other light gore

  • heavy gore

  • meme/shitpost content

  • ship art (as long as its not problematic)

  • more than 2 characters per commission (addition of characters above 2 /comm will result in an additional fee (10 USD for each additional chara)

  • pieces containing backgrounds (cost will be determined by complexity)

  • suggestive art

  • Ask about other content/questions you have, I'll be happy to answer :)

Can't/Won't Draw

  • NSFW

  • proship art

  • hate art of ANY kind

  • non-con sexual activities

  • questionable content

  • underage characters in sexual situations

  • extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)

  • mecha

References and Information

Please provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece (even if its for a character I might already be familiar with!). Visual references and written references are fine. If you are giving me a reference sheet that is anything other than a digital, full body, UNSHADED reference sheet, know that I am not responsible for any mistakes made. I will still try my best to draw the character faithfully. Excess edits to match beyond what is presented to me at time of commission can absolutely tack on pricing, and I will let you know beforehand. Please be as specific as possible when ordering. I love to work off of artistic freedom when possible, but if you are wanting something exact, I will need exact information.Also, if you find a piece of mine that you liked the style/specific rendering technique of, please also note that in your request!

Revisions and Edits

  • Clients will regularly receive updates on their artwork when new milestones are met, clients are okay to enquire about the status of an artwork as long as this is not excessive or approached in a rude way.

  • Clients must respond to updates with clear and concise feedback if unhappy with the current state of an artwork.

  • Clients have the right to request minor changes, if large scale changes are requested, an additional fee may be charged to compensate for both the time and effort that revision may take.

  • I am not responsible for unsatisfactory results, as there will be plenty opportunity for issues to be communicated during the process.

Copyright and Usage

  • You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but cannot claim that you are the one who made it.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, cropping the art to use for icons, banners, badges, tattoos, etc.

  • You may repost the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me.

  • If you sell your character/art, you may not charge more than what you ordered.

  • My art CANNOT be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.

  • I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art. If the commissioner chooses to keep this commission private, they must mention it during the process of ordering a commission.

Prohabition (please don't do these things)

  • Using my artwork commercially (making money off of it by any means)

  • Feeding my art into AI programs or using them as NFTs

  • Taking credit for my artwork / claiming as your own

  • Removing or purposefully cropping out my watermarks/signature

  • Editing/altering the artwork itself (without my permission first)

  • Violation of any of these will result in a block on all platforms and you will be prohibited from commissioning me again in the future

Delivery

  • Artwork will be delivered in PNG form via a download link/email depending on clients preferences. If neither of these suit, please contact me about alternative methods of delivery (eg: vgen, twitter, etc).

  • Delivery timeframes are given as estimates in the description of each commission advertisement. These are subject to change based on factors such as time of year, workload and commission complexity.

  • All commission delivery times will generally stick to a maximum wait time of 3 months after payment. This may be extended if the work commissioned is extremely complicated, however if I believe this to be the case for your commission this will be discussed at some point well before the 3 month mark is met.

  • I will also aim to give each client an individual estimated completion date at least once. If this is not discussed with you, do not be afraid to approach me to ask me about it.

Steps of Commission

  1. Request a commission - When you request to work with me, I will review your request to decide if I will accept or deny your request. Note that if my status is on "waitlist", it will take some time for me to get to review your request. Please don't be scared to notify me again on any of my socials if I haven't responded to your request after the current waitlist ends!

  2. Accepting a commission - If I accept your request, I will send you an invoice on the platform you requested me from. You are to pay upfront, and once I have confirmed that the transaction was successful, I will begin to work on your commission.

  3. Starting the commission - As stated in the terms of service, you will be required to send me references of the character(s) you want me to draw. I will begin with a sketch and then get back to my client. My client will them give me their input of things they want me to change/alter. The sketch should be done within 1-5 days, but I fail to finish it, please feel free to ask about the progress of the commission!

  4. Updates on the commission - I will give updates as soon as I finish each of these steps: 1.) the sketch, 2.) the line art, 3.) the coloring, 4.) the render. After each update, I require feedback from the client. However, any changes after the line art stage may incur additional fees (learn more in the TOS). Also note that some updates may take a while due to IRL events, commission workload, and the overall complexity of the commission.

  5. Finishing the commission - When the commission is completed after the render stage, I will have you give me your final piece of feedback to see if you're absolutely content with the final result. (Remember, asking for full refunds after the coloring or rendering stage is finished is not possible). Then, I will send a downloadable PNG file to your email. Thank you for your patronage!! :)
